Did you accidentally order the wrong product? It happens! No problem. Or did you accidentally receive the wrong product or was it delivered defective? How do you submit a product?
When you return a product to Maxicom-IT, it must comply with the instructions below. If one or more steps are not fully completed, the processing of your request may unfortunately be delayed.
- Make a backup (Create backup) to prevent data loss
- Reset the device to factory settings (restore factory settings)

- Remove the Find My iPhone function (Remove Find My iPhone iPhone/iPad)
- Unlink the iCloud account (Unlink iCloud) from the phone
- Make a backup (Create backup) to prevent data loss
- Reset the device to factory settings (restore factory settings)
- Remove the SIM card
