Delivery in the Netherlands: Order before 3:00 PM, delivery next day*

We keep it simple: on working days, order before 10:00 PM for next-day delivery. Please note that during weekends or around holidays, our delivery times may vary. In the Netherlands, we ship your order via PostNL, DHL, or DPD. Once your package is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This includes the Track&Trace code from PostNL, DHL, or DPD, allowing you to track your package.

If you place an order with a business delivery address, there will be no deliveries on Mondays or in the evenings.

Not at home during the first delivery attempt? No problem. The courier will leave the package at the nearest pickup location. You can collect the package there for up to a week. After this period, the location will return the package to us.

Wadden Islands

Unfortunately, weekend delivery to the Wadden Islands is not possible.

Public Holidays

Orders placed on a public holiday or the day before a public holiday take one day longer to deliver. In this case, order today, delivery the day after tomorrow applies. 

Delivery in Belgium: Order before 3:00 PM, delivery within two business days*

Our Belgian customers receive their orders within two business days. We ship your order with DPD. Once your product is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This includes the Tracking code allowing you to track your package.

Not at home during the first delivery attempt? No problem, the courier will try a second time. If you're not home then either, the package will be returned to us.

iPhone shipments are made from an external warehouse. These are delivered by DHL. A total of two delivery attempts will be made. If you're not at home, the package will be returned to the warehouse.

*Please take into account possible delays (due to strict border controls), we ask for your understanding together with the carriers.

Please note that once we have shipped the package, we unfortunately no longer have any influence over it. If you have any questions about the delivery, we kindly ask you to contact PostNL, DHL, or DPD.
